You know it is been a few years since Green Smoke and other electronic cigarettes have hit the scene. And there have been a lot of electronic cigarette companies that have also burst onto the scene selling the their own version of the electric cigarette with flavor cartridges and so forth. So which companies have lasted the test of time?

As an affiliate of many electronic cigarette companies I can tell you that only two have survived and actually keep on bringing in sales. Those two companies are Blu Cigs and Green Smoke. Always getting orders for new starter kits and a lot of repeat business like flavor cartridge replacements. There have been some others that come out and are good, but I guess have disappeared because of bad business practices or because their billing system did not cooperate with them or for whatever reason.

So let’s talk about some Green Smoke reviews I have read over on the Internet as well as one of my own.

He has actually tried the product and experimented with other ones and tells that within the copy itself and he does not praise Green Smoke for being in the perfect electronic cigarette, which it is not.

To be honest and in my opinion only, I prefer Green Smoke over Blue Cigs just because I like the extra weight of the green smoke electric cigarette. And probably most important is that their tobacco flavor really has a good hit and you can really feel like you are tasting ab actual cigarette opposed to a phony cigarette disguised with cheap water flavored vapor. The only way to know if these can be an alternative smoking source for your regular cigarettes is to actually try them out and try all the different flavors too, but I prefer just the plain tobacco. Since the bozos at “Two and a Half Men” have mucked up any chance of saving the show, good ole Charlie Sheen is embarking on new adventures and into the electronic cigarette niche. Guess he was vaping these on stage during his sometimes good, sometimes bad live shows and everyone was wondering what he was smoking.  TMZ even did a story on this (oh, big surprise eh?)

Other celebrities smoking e cigs are Katherine Heigl and Jake Harris from ‘Deadliest Catch’, but this season he is back to tobacco cigs it seems.

So I have been puffing on Green Smoke brand electronic cigarettes for almost 8 months now and here is my sort of long-term Green Smoke review…

Watch out for special “Black Friday” and “Cyber Monday” coupon codes from Green Smoke, get up to 20% off.  Ok, now on to the review.  This was the second kit I purchased from a ecig company.  Was so exited to try these out and see if they lived up to the hype and also decide if these could replace my smokey Camels.  At first they were a cool shiny object and then trying to get used tot hem was a chore, becasue I went cold turkey on my cigarettes for which I should have not done.  Best to use these electric cigarettes as an alternative to smoking while still smoking and then see if you can ease off the tobacco.

The problem was the inconvenience, not the taste or sensation of smoking which Green Smoke did deliver on 100%.  I was really taken back at how real these things felt.  But after a few weeks I finally did away with buying cigarettes and relied totally on ecigs.  Some good things came out of that and some not so good and unexpected surprises I was not aware of.  Some of those includes stepping on them, flicking them into an ash can, and doing the habitual things I normally do with a cigarette when I was done smoking.  Just was hard to pay attention – guess I’m a dork like that.

The best way I can review these Green Smokes is with a Pros vs Cons chart below:

Pros:

• Tobacco flavor taste great – the other flavors are “meh”
• Lots of smoke vapor
• Fits between fingers nice (I got big manly man hands mind you)
• Great throat hit!
• An Attention getter (wink wink)

Cons:

• A tad too heavy
• Battery depletes too fast for my liking
• Chain smoking is not an option as the cartridge starts to taste burnt
• Flavors other than tobacco are weak and bland – imho
• Hard to inhale on once the battery loses some of its power

So after 8 months Green Smoke works just as good as the day I opened the package, so no problems regarding the quality of the product.  But I wish the battery life was longer and the other flavors had more punch.  Every time I order new nicotine cartridges they come in a matter of days and Green Smoke’s customer service is top notch as they want your business and want to keep your business.  Besides they are the only company that offers special sales and coupons on holidays and such, other brands just don’t seem to go through the effort like the Green does.

This is just my opinion, so take all this with a grain of salt.  Hope you enjoyed my Green Smoke review and become enlightened a bit on any questions you may have had.

When I first started out trying new methods to alternative smoking there were the familiar nicotine gum, patches, and those God awful nicotine inhalers that were just plain silly.  My goal was not to quit smoking but to not do it as much due to it’s proven bad health habits.  However nothing really satisfied me as the electronic cigarette does, it gave me the almost same experience as smoking a regular (analog) tobacco cigarette.  I inhale and poof, there is smoke (which is water vapor) and a flavor that is so uncanny to tobacco it still freaks me out.  Was not expecting this when I got my first electronic cigarette starter kit from Green Smoke, I thought it was going to be a joke.

What I have noticed, (remember this is my personal experience) is that I have literally lost the taste for traditional tobacco cigarettes.  The ecigarette provided me a great alternative to smoking cigarettes as it helped me cut way back on smoking, but still I enjoyed the real thing once a day or so, but not so much now.  Taking a drag from a cigarette makes me go “blaaahhh” and I tend to spit, which I never did before all while the real smoke chocking me.  Never thought this would happen.  I always considered myself a mans man who smokes real tobacco, grrrr.  But, isn’t that the perception tobacco companies have instilled in our heads over the years?  Time to wake up and think for yourself.

It can be compared to switching to diet cola then drinking the regular cola after being used to “diet”.  The taste is not the same, and it just does not appeal to you anymore.  The situation is the same, I have gotten used to the flavored nicotine vapor of an electric cigarette that smoking a real cig is not enjoyable anymore, strange but true.

Taste the Ecigarette Difference

Even more weird is that I enjoy a good cigar a lot more now, the flavor really pops as it never did before when I was smoking tobacco cigarettes.  Not to mention food taste better, which can be a bad thing for a guy with a big appetite like me!  This is why I stick with the tobacco flavor nicotine cartridge, the other fufu flavors just make me hungry.  Even though I love Blu Cigs, I prefer Green Smoke due to it’s bigger size cause I have big hands. I use eJuice to refill the nicotine cartridges instead ordering new ones as I want the freshest vapor and most flavor you can get, and eJuice delivers!  The Green Smoke atomizer lasts a long time, don’t let the disposable factor mislead you, it can be used over and over and can tell when it goes bad buy a burnt taste or it just don’t work anymore.

E-Cigarette and Complications

After all, this sounds like good news yeah?  Pretty much but these e-cigarettes do have their drawbacks including the batteries dying out at inconvenient times, breaking them due to careless clumsiness, or smoking them way too much as to bring on electronic cigarette nicotine overdose.  You don’t want that, so that is why the Blu Cigs LED tip will blink 6 times when nicotine is being over consumed and the Luci ecigarette will just shut itself off.  Cigarettes burn out, electronic cigarettes do not, that is why you need to pay attention to how much nicotine you are consuming.

Alas, I have not smoked a cigarette in over 3 weeks and quite frankly do not desire too. I did not set out to quit, but it looks like it just happened. I miss it strangely enough and can not stand someone else’s second hand smoke. The ecigs are much more cost effective and with the money I save, I can now buy more pizza…
