Alternative Smoking: Coffee and Electronic Cigarettes?
Coffee and cigarettes has always been a daily staple for many decades letting folks of all different kinds relax and unwind while either preparing for what the
day may bring or an evening with friends pondering the days events at a local coffee shop.
With these alternatives to smoking cigarettes, coffee and electronic cigarettes go hand and hand too. With no smoking bans, you can smoke indoors in the local bar or pub and even at the coffee shop on the corner. By now you know ecigarettes offer the same taste and feel of real “analog” cigarettes without the nasty stuff that goes along with them (smoke smell, carcinogens, etc).
So what flavors of coffee and e-cigarettes blend well with each other? For me personally I like the traditional tobacco flavored nicotine cartridges and a good cup of bold coffee with Amaretto flavored cream when I am at home. I also frequent the local Starbucks almost daily as it has become a 2nd home of sorts, since I live in Los Angeles it is a great place to star gaze as many celebrities frequent this joint. Don’t really go for the fancy foo foo coffee, just a “tall cup of brewed with room for cream” and enjoy my alternative smoke mostly sitting outside where all the action is (although I could choose to smoke inside).
People are always intrigued at me when I am puffing away on my esmokes. Smokers are usually coffee aficionados as well, so it is important to know that alternative smoking methods are available in the form of the electronic cigarette. Be warned, ecigarettes contain different levels of nicotine that you choose, so to avoid a nicotine overdose go easy and slow like you would a regular cig, enjoying a good “cup of joe” helps slow down the habitual hand to mouth smoking as I found myself speed smoking with these ecigs and getting a headache from too much too soon.
